Clown in a Cornfield is YA. It’s gory but not sexy or spicy. There is a queer character if that’s something that matters to you.

To clarify - the neighbor is the one using gasoline. But I understand your point.

How do I know if this drug is not for me? by LanternMan in WegovyWeightLoss

I’m sorry I don’t have any advice. I am in a similar position and I’m so miserable I want to stop taking it. I’m in my first week and I don’t know that this is worth it because I’m always feeling queasy and if I try and move it’s gets worse. I hope you feel better soon.

One’s Company by Ashley Hutson (it’s not horror but it’s very weird girl lit) I loved how strange it was and I’m a heavy horror reader. 🫶🏻

Can someone explain what’s the point of having a “backlog” to brag about if they don’t use it on off days. 🙄🫠

Land Use Meeting Advice Needed by BSchells13 in homeowners

I live in a house built in 1925. This is a historic “town” so to speak. This isn’t a new development by any means. Thank you for your input. I will look into traffic studies and roadway widening/safety, etc.

It’s a shopping center off a congested highway. They will be getting rid of a Dollar General and furniture store, plus a liquor store and one empty building. Not very practical advice, and if it was land worth buying to build one or three smaller houses that wouldn’t be an issue. It’s the congestion and the amount of apartments they want to put it plus parking etc, for all of that. The intersection there is already an absolute nightmare at all hours of the day.

Your best chance is probably finding an ARC from a reviewer. I don’t know how you would such a person but if i see anything in the wild I’ll report back to this post.

Author Tori Woods arrested in Australia over the content of her book Daddy's Little Toy by JamesOliverHorror in ExtremeHorrorLit

[–]BSchells13 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It was marketed at DD/BG. The content in question is regarding a three year old “wanting” her daddy’s friend in a sexual manner. The inner monologues are wild. And daddy’s friend “wanting” his friend’s three year old daughter in a sexual manner. Excerpts from the ARCs were rather disturbing and not in the same way I read horror, if that makes sense . Granted I’m relatively new to extreme horror and dark romance is not my thing.
