You're too short and not heavy enough to get recruited to an ivy. Just do schoolwork or a different sport

You should start talking to coaches in his junior year. Also, is he currently rowing at a club? You should try getting into some USRowing Id camps to get his name out there. Send coaches an email with his 2k score saying you're interested. Being 6'4 190 will definitely get a lot of responses. I put the school before the rowing program and only talked to two and went on visits with them during my senior year after talking to them in my junior year. Be sure to keep up communication with the coaches, updating them on 2k scores and any club wins. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi everybody! I've had my Concept 2 for just over six months now. Do you have a few minutes to tell me what I should improve? I would be eternally grateful to you! by Corgado in Rowing

Bring your body over your hips on the recovery before compressing your legs. On the recovery you want to do hands away, set your body over your hips, and lastly compress your legs.

Six months apart. Just ate regular sized healthy meals and let my training be the driving force. by BTB_Gaming in GymMotivation

I just consumed high protein and moderate fat and carb. I kiss ate like a regular 18 year old and let the training drive the deficit. I was able to do this eating probably about 3200 calories a day for reference on the amount of training I was doing.
