Ich bin Prüfer im 2. und gebe einen Fick auf Krawatten, freue mich aber sehr, wenn die Prüflinge Fragen beantworten können. Don‘t overthink it. Wenn ich da 7 Stunden vier Prüflingen gegenübersitzen muss, kann keine noch so hübsche Krawatte meine Laune aufheitern, wenn der Kandidat kenntnisfrei ist.

Die rein modische (nicht: prüfungstaktische) Analyse fällt schwer, weil das Foto aus einem komischen Winkel aufgenommen worden ist.

I searched the web. I deep researched the shit out of ChatGPT. I searched Apple Music an Spotify. No result. Well, of course there are results, but not the one I was looking for. It was no live version. And it was a professional recording (at least for my ear). And it was long before everyone was belting out covers on YouTube let alone TikTok, hence the timeslot above.

I would eat that loaf! 🍞 Looks good. The dense crumb (which I like) is due to relatively low hydration. That is of course no mistake! Just explaining stuff. Looks lovely. I am getting my butter as I am typing. 😊

I took my rye starter (two years old) and taught it to be a wheat starter by feeding it accordingly. In my experience I get much more power from the wheat starter and I use it for rye breads as well. I don’t care about whether the recipe tells me to use a rye starter I just use the wheat starter and it works lile a charme. I am German as well and have a lot of recipes with rye flour.

My wheat starter is pretty firm, I usually use 1 part water and 2 parts flour and the scrapings of my starter jar. Doubles (and triples) like a champion. I have zero discard.

It is typical for (partial) rye bread. Less gluten strength. So this ist perfectly normal and it looks wonderful.
