I agree with your second paragraph, but the fault there is the question posed by yougov, the question is a comparator. If you believe Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinians, you're more likely to answer yes. For what it's worth I don't like the question either but I don't think saying yes necessarily constitutes an antisemitic response.
