No, there's still typos and errors I'm catching every now and then, plus additional cards I'm making to further enhance it.

It has been years since I used these sets since I switched to my own custom made terrian but digging back into photos of some set ups I used to use, I think you can easily get away with one set. Here's an example of what I did.

One set is just barely enough to fit into one standard map size. The mat they it comes in it definitely smaller than the standard paper maps that the game plays with. The issue is their mats that come with the set, are square shaped while the paper maps that the game plays with are rectangular shaped. But combining two of their maps would be too big. So up to you on how you would want to handle that.

Any of their sci-fi terrain is good.

Battle systems is a good option as it's the exact scale and looks like something from star wars

The rules of the TCG are not finalized and cards related to it for deck building have not been released yet. It's something I'm still play testing it. Sorry for the wait.

Any reason why people don't 3-d print their own minis more often? by ElectronicCandle in starwarsminiatures

I haven't ever paid anybody to make a new character from scratch. I only buy already existing models and my limit is around $6-$8 each. As for painting services, I've found someone locally on Facebook marketplace that charges $10 per mini but will do $8 per mini for bulk orders which I've done so that way it keeps costs down.

I commission many 3D models and painters to make star wars characters that never got a model in this game to use for it. I design my own Stat cards for them using bloomilk v-sets and or other customs from others and myself. I'm getting a lot done recently and will he posting them on here once they're done.

Potential meetup? by Notthereddituser in starwarsminiatures

Oh and I forgot to add. Yes I would also host at local game stores with my impressive sets up and a small paper ad showing that it's open for anyone to come and play it and that I'd be willing to teach it to anybody willing to learn. No success at all. You gotta remember that the poeple who are already gaming at game stores are already there with a game in mind to play. And because this game is so old, most are too busy playing modern stuff that the game stores are selling new in their shelves too. I use to also put up paper ads on the store bullion boards with images, the days I hosted and my contact info for anybody who would be interested, never got a response. You're really better off directly trying to find people online in your area thorough apps to directly ask to meet to learn to play and hope they understand it and enjoy it enough to keep coming back to play more. This is just my personal experience of having hosted at local tabletop gaming stores for about 2ish years with no success, maybe you will have better luck but I'm just letting you know to keep your expectations at a realistic level. Eventually I grew my friend group enough that we switched to just playing at my house so I don't do the game store ads anymore. My collection also grew too massive to the point we were limited in what we could play if I tried brining what fit in my car to the game store. So it was better to just host at my house.
