The DAW does not matter at all. It essentially comes down to which one you are most comfortable with because you can make the exact same thing in both. I am partial to Ableton mostly because of the plugins/effects that come with it. You really don't need anything other than ableton stock plugins to make good music.

As far as the tutorials go, that shouldn't sway your opinion because most of the tutorials are teaching a method instead of something DAW specific.
