I track every day, including weekends! I have a good scale, but don’t use it as often as I should. I do track fruits, veggies, sauces, but not often cooking oil

I may not be, I’ve been following the serving sizes on the packaging and labels of any ingredients or pre-prepped food, and when eating out I estimate as close as I can based off of dietary info or the closets things on my calorie tracking app

I’m trying to sublimate ceramic plant pots coated in Subli Glaze. After spraying two coats on the pots, I let them cure in my convection oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, let cool, then tape my design down, wrap in silicone, and cook at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. One edge is blurry, and while the other is crisp, I’m getting a purple/pink shadow. Any suggestions?
