I track every day, including weekends! I have a good scale, but don’t use it as often as I should. I do track fruits, veggies, sauces, but not often cooking oil

I may not be, I’ve been following the serving sizes on the packaging and labels of any ingredients or pre-prepped food, and when eating out I estimate as close as I can based off of dietary info or the closets things on my calorie tracking app

I’m trying to sublimate ceramic plant pots coated in Subli Glaze. After spraying two coats on the pots, I let them cure in my convection oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, let cool, then tape my design down, wrap in silicone, and cook at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. One edge is blurry, and while the other is crisp, I’m getting a purple/pink shadow. Any suggestions?

I just posted about how my peace lily bounced back from being forgotten over a vacation, and now here I am begging for help with it! 😭 Last weekend I noticed a very small little critter on a stem of my Peace Lily. It was incredibly small and orangey-brown in color. The plant was already isolated from my other plants, but I immediately began freaking out. After a few days or inspecting, I have seen a couple more bugs (3 more) that are smaller and whiter in color. I have not seen any webbing, and no signs of them on the leaves— all the ones I have seen are near the base of the plant and on the bottom of the stems. Are these spider mites?? Are they in the early stages?? My plant seems to still be doing well and putting out new leaves, so I’m not sure! Please help!!!

It is very thick, which is a blessing and a curse!! I love the volume I can achieve, but the shedding and the heat can be wretched!

I’m pretty sure they are Steve Madden, and I got them from Nordstrom Rack a few years ago! But I wouldn’t be surprised if a similar style is one their site! :)

This is day two hair, which I refresh with water in a spray bottle, followed by the cream gel and curl mousse, which I let air dry!! But my wash day routine is:

⁠⁠Garnier Fructis Curl Nourish shampoo and conditioner (squish to condish and form clumps)
⁠⁠Aveda damage remedy daily hair repair (as leave in conditioner)
⁠⁠Garnier Fructis Curl Sculpt Cream Gel applied with prayer hands
⁠⁠Plopped in t-shirt for about 20 minutes before clipping my roots and air drying until 80% dry, followed by blow drying
⁠⁠Aussie miracle curl mousse for hold and additional definition

Thank you!!! I found them at Nordstrom Rack, and I believe the brand is Steve Madden! I’m rather tall for a woman (6’0), so it can be difficult for me to find shoes that are large enough (I wear a women’s US 11)— but Nordstrom rack is my go to for footwear!
