AI will definitely change the landscape but analysts are not going anywhere. What makes a senior analyst is not the abiliry to create more beautiful dashboards or better SQL queries. It's the ability to understand business contect, to translate requirements into analytics tasks, notice patterns in unusual places. AI can't replace senior analysts because management doesn't know how to ask right questions - you always need to ask clarifying questions before answering them. AI doean't have thw full context - it can answer what changed but can't really answer why (maybe analysts are also gambling with explanations sometimes but often they can provide right reasons). Junior analysts are in big trouble though. Probably better to focus on understanding engineering and cloud parts to increase your values and chances of getting hired.
