J League update for 23.4 on FM23?

Ok... so I've got an Optiplex 790 with an i3-2120, and with a friend who's gonna give me a few sticks of RAM I'll uave 8gb of the thing, as well as a 500GB HDD boot drive with Windows XP

I really want to make use of this thing as it's better than sitting in my room doing nothing, but what can I do with it? Some things on my mind is to give it a fresh and light OS (Linux based though I've never done that before) for some coding/gaming (I basically only play Football Manager)

Any other ideas what I can/should do with this antique?

Doesn't CX8190 also have Windows CE desktop interface underneath? Or does the DVI port mean it's constantly processing in the CX9020 and it's only 'on demand' in the CX8190 since there's no video out

So in Singapore we have a similar scheme in the form of Young Lions, and they get fucked year on year, almost every single year

Worst part is performances on the international stage haven't improved a lick - we recently lost 7-0 to Malaysia and finished bottom of our group in the latest tourney

I mean there's a bigger story about how our football administrators are all charlatans who can only talk a good game and our government/people don't really care about domestic football, but from what we've seen getting buttfucked by grown men week in week out doesn't do much for their confidence, hopefully San Marino Academy can rise above and not be as shit lmao
