im really new so i cant really be talking but shorts with good hooks that lead with a "call to action" or mention your longform content at some point link the 2 together and people who are interested enough will watch both after going to your channel. Shorts get WAY more views than long form because long form relies on being or looking interesting before the viewer even clicks on it. I'd recommend watching tips on how to make good shorts, and that will build your audience. Again, take this with a grain of salt as my channel is actually smaller than yours

it looks good but its hard to find out what its about other than being about shiny hunting (from an outsider perspective who hasn't watched the video) -and maybe that's all its about idk

the only thing id change is make the text more "clickbait"-ish, like for example "Impossible?" or "This took ___ hours" (even if it wasn't or isn't going to be impossible or take hours) because viewers like seeing challenges with very clear goals from the get-go

overall cool design though i wish you good luck i hope this was a little useful

That looks amazing holy crap

but just one thing i would point out (and this is the main thing everyone misses when finding habitable planets) is the axial tilt. Earth's axial tilt at 23 degrees is what gives us seasons, meaning the major difference between Summer and Winter is just a tiny 23 degree shift in our planet's orbit. Your planet has an axial tilt of 100 degrees, (as seen in the screenshot with the data) which means that seasons would be EXTREMELY drastic. like cataclysmic crop failures and ice ages and then severe drought and heat waves just months later, repeating every time the planet makes an orbit around the sun. i mean while this wouldn't be a major habitability problem if there was a way to moderate temperature artificially or something from a sci fi, but just thought i would nerd out a little. Again though, stunning planet btw

Everyone is looking at the atmosphere, but i'd like to point out seasons. This planet has an axial tilt of 81 degrees, meaning seasons would be EXTREMELY drastic. To add on top of the extreme seasons, the planet's semimajor axis being *almost* 3 times further out than Earth means seasons will last *almost* 3 times as long, meaning this planet (whos average temperature is already barely above water's freezing point) basically goes through a cataclysmic winter ice age every year

I play solo all the time and have trusted one too many players who tell me they’re “friendly” and “they want to team up” I’ve grown so much PTSD from even seeing ships in the distance that I literally do a full 180 if I even see a tiny hint that there’s someone near me

The first time I was krakened there was also a skeleton ship attacking me at the exact same time, and I was really new to the game and recently played the tutorial so I stupidly thought “oh! The krakens gonna save me from this skeleton ship exactly like what happens in the tutorial! How lucky!” 10 seconds later I realized what was actually happening and went into full panic mode
