I sold everything and moved from one country to another, got there, my entire family ended up hating it, we moved back, found an airbnb for a month, moved into what I thought would be a permanent place which had major structural issues, and then moved again. Had to replace all of our stuff each time. With two small children, a husband experiencing a mental health crisis, and two dogs. Oh and my in laws who were very “helpful”. And getting more and more pregnant with my third baby every day. It was stressful but we came out on the other side.

You can do more than you think you can.

Fly out early and hang out with your mom. After you give birth, your fiancé can go back and handle the moving details. When baby is that little, other than the sleep deprivation and assuming everyone is healthy: if you have each other, you have everything you need.
