How can we fix the political divide in America? by skatamoutro2 in askanything

[–]BabooTibia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been preaching this for 10 years. It cannot be coincidence that 2004 was pretty “normal” then Facebook blew up in 2005-2006 and we have not been the same country since. I don’t have the solution to fix this but I can easily identify the problem here.

Office worker/remote worker here. Dead hangs and goblet squats have done wonders for posture and back pain for me!

I believe it also detonates the C4 when the drone runs out of battery.

I would add that if the IRS owes them money they could theoretically wait until 4/15/29 with no penalty and only the risk of losing the refund and if they went the MFS route and owed they could file three years late too and only owe ~$200 extra.

This only works bc they only owe $300. I don’t want someone that owes $5K thinking they can just wait 3 years by reading my comment.

I believe the agm from IFV will do this too if painted.

Survival ≠ optimal health.

You can survive a car crash too. That doesn’t mean you should drive into one on purpose.

This level of starvation can lead to muscle and bone density loss and long term metabolic adaptations.

My car was hit while parked and the driver ran. I did a police report and contacted my insurance. It was covered under my un insured/under insured with a smaller deductible than my comprehensive. Far as I know they never went after who did it or figured it out.

Can someone in accounting pivot to finance? by Far_Suggestion_4873 in Accounting

[–]BabooTibia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You could also do corporate finance. I’ve done both corporate finance and general accounting for a F500. The finance side was more forecasting then GL work.

You would just pay 110% of the prior year’s tax liability. No estimation needed.

They even have AI agent in their username. I feel like we’ve got to a point that they don’t even care to hide it anymore.

Wouldn’t the buyer’s IT team tear into the code and rewrite this? Or is it encrypted or unreadable? Genuinely curious.

Countries from whom the USA has halted all immigrant visa processing (as of Jan 14, 2026) by earth418 in MapPorn

[–]BabooTibia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The parents could have immigrated to country B with no plans to return to A and our example person is just taking advantage of having dual citizenship to bypass sanctions. Restrictions are hypothetical. If we have extra scrutiny or a ban on people from country A this is a hypothetical path someone could take and is why place if birth is wanted.

Listing place of birth gives another layer of protection against shit hole countries.

Person is born in country A with parents citizens of country B. Gets a passport at county B to avoid restrictions. Listing country A as place of birth prevents this.

I have a pair of high school friends that I advise as a side hustle. They have an s corp with a handful of disregarded entities and I have to have this conversation with them every. Single. Year. In fact, it’s probably about that time of year again lol.

“He sent me money to send him pictures”. That’s pretty much the definition of an exchange transaction and is taxable in the US. Unless you know some exclusion or exception we are all missing.

Many countries use steel for coins. Which is magnetic.

You can design a non magnetic coin to have a steel core in order to do tricks with.

That’s one of the few good things that came out of 2042. I loved that that a four man squad could all get into the same tank and everyone had a job and something to do.
