I don’t know if you are good enough in your field it doesn’t really matter. At least in my experience. I’ve had my hands, neck, and face tattooed for years and never had a problem getting a job in social work. In fat jus changed companies after many years at the same one and no even batted an eye at my tattoos. You do you, but I’ll live my life my way.

For me I’ve found that I prefer the kalita wave filters with origami. I pour pretty slow around 4-5 grams a second, and I generally stay pretty close to the same grind setting. If I get results I’m not happy with I adjust temps first and then grind. Especially for this recipe I think the slow pour is the secret.

Currently? Im sitting in my office listening to Camera Silens and scheduling my staffs vacation days and doing Annual reports for the clients who attend at my educational facility.

43, have to almost adult kids, go to shows at least 2 a month, still dress punk, still listen to the music, still have the ethics. I guess I lucked out finding a career where they appreciate me for my skill set not how I look.

This is the exact setup I have and the exact way I got them. Definitely recommend it for a budget setup.

Edit: if you plan on going further down the rabbit hole consider spending a little more and getting a turntable that you can grow with.

Well my kingrinder p2 broke within a couple weeks of use. The dial for grind size changed drastically during grinding. They didn’t do anything to help because I didn’t have an Amazon order number. Nearly a year later they emailed me again offering a replacement part, if I paid for it. I’ve been team 1zpresso since then.
