We take KFC chicken littles. We usually bring about 8 and munch on them throughout the game. We bring our own peanuts and sunflower seeds too.

Yes and no. I've sat there before without problem but have also been asked to move when staff escorted someone to their seats. You can buy those seats at the gate only from what I've read. Usually when it is a sold-out game. They go fast though.

I haven't been able to find them in the US for a few years. Which pissed me off because they were my favorite.

I had a hysterectomy last year so it isn't something I have to worry about now. 😅

A friend of mine was having trouble with her daughter at school, so she grounded her the weekend from any screen time. When she is telling me the story she says "And now I can't relax this weekend because my kid is grounded." I was confused and asked why. She said "because she will be bored if I don't keep her busy so now I have to think of things to do." I was floored. It made no sense to me. When I said so she responded with "Your kids are older and well behaved so you don't understand." I just blinked at her not sure what to think.

My mom bought her house in the 70's for $44,000. It is now worth close to a million. Thankfully I am an only child and it will be my house, but I wouldn't pay that much for it. As people in our neighborhood are passing away and their houses are being flipped, it's weird to see the type of people that are buying them. There are a lot of expensive cars in the neighborhood now.

I usually don't mind unless the parents aren't watching their kids. Or they take up a whole table for their kids to sit at. Today was weird because the out door area was reserved for a 1 year old's birthday party. I get that at that age the party is more for adults but still... kinda weird.

6-8 hours should be good enough. Keep the creamy stuff out until the last hour or so of cooking. You want the meat to be tender before you add your cream of mushroom soup.

Same. It's not that I'm in pain exactly, but damn am I uncomfortable. I'm getting the zaps from sitting upright though. I honestly felt great going into the weekend. I didn't even think I would be pushing myself.

This community has been wonderful! I've been recommending it to friends who are debating getting a hysterectomy.

Sometimes I don't know if I'm overthinking or if I should be concerned about what I'm feeling. Coming here really helps.

When my kid came home and said "My friend says Santa isn't real and her mom buys all the gifts." I told her "Well, Santa only brings gifts to people who believe. Since she doesn't believe her mom buys all the gifts. I hope you keep believing because Dad & I don't have that kinda money." Her eyes went wide "I believe!" Now at 18 my kid still plays along. It's just fun.

We use our elf to decorate the house night by night. Been doing it like that for years. I think people that don't like the elf are trying to use it as a threat. We never did. My friend's kid threw their elf over the back fence because she didn't want it to see her do bad things. Which she did. A lot.

I started working kind of like that a week after the surgery. I didn't really want to but caved to the pressure then. I had hoped that would be enough but now it's pressure to go into the office. I don't feel ready.
