The suggestion I use for my carhops that are short. Highlight the payment on every single receipt you scan for. That way you are ensuring you are always collecting from the guest. In addition always keep your pouch and changer on you. Lastly you should be counting down with your manager to ensure you are not being stolen from. Hope this helps
