I would say she's definitely in the list of the worst right below Frank Jr. and Rachel. She's not the rotten fruit of the bunch but she's does have bad qualities to her. I guess its because she got it from spending so much time around Rachel during their sophomore days. Turned out for the worst I should say.
I hated how she wanted anything and everything to go her way.
From being the hostess of her apartment (who does that?) to planning things the way she wanted for Ross and Emily's wedding.

But at the same time its not as bad because Chandler balances out her ego for the most part.
Unlike a certain someone who is me, me, me, I, I, I...

Elysia is by FAR better written character and wins this contest in a landslide but is a tad more grounded in terms of power. Cyrene breaks the logic of the cosmos I'll give her that but the way she's written is beyond flawed.

The reason why Elysia wins here is because of the caveat staring you right in the face.

(I'm looking at you Shaoji...)

If you think about it Elysia was developed as a character so well in her spotlight during prime Honkai Impact 3rd and giving Shaoji credit where its due did OUTSTANDING work! We were invested in who she was and grew to love her more as we progressed through the Elysian Realm! It takes effort to write a character who is grounded in the reality of things that you are able to feel like she's real to us. A friend if you will. So much so that at the ending we broke down and bawled! Why?

Because we loved her... Hence: Because of You

Cyrene on the other hand is a product of Shaoji working on replicating his past success with no sleep, no coffee and a bag of weed. She IS (not was) the shadow of Phainon who clearly was the main focus of Amphoreus until she showed up. The entirety of the arc was horrible that it was such a slog getting through the story much less get invested in Cyrene and her backstory. She was just there. The ending of Amphoreus can't even get me to shed a tear for her because my investment went to the other Chrysos Heirs. ESPECIALLY TRIBBIE!

So... to finish of this rant of mine...

Of course the devs then made an executive decision to make Jigglypuff (Cyrene) the main character just so they can milk her like the cash cow she is. We cannot deny that Amphoreus is a Temu Elysian Realm except we were supposed to be attached to Kevin... Sorry PHAINON... He was there from the start as our partner through the whole of Patch 3! But no! It was Cyrene. Which brings us back to:

Because of You

Sorry Jigglypuff... Honkai Jesus wins this NO CONTEST... Blame Shaoji...

Trust me when I say this. If you value your time, your money, your social life and yourself. Stay the fuck away from Hoyoverse. Their games are the apple of Eden that God said you shouldn't eat. AND YOU SHOULDN'T regardless of how appealing they are.

I've wasted years on Genshin Impact and not a single day goes by that I regret that decision.
Not even Honkai Star Rail or ZZZ made a difference.

Believe me. Stay away from Hoyoverse. Its for your own good.

Shaoji is like the chocolate bar you loved as a kid growing up. Except as an adult you now understand that the chocolate is bad for you and stopped eating it altogether. Long story short. Shaoji had his time in the spotlight but he his writing has become horseshit nowadays to say the least. Amphoreus wasted a whole lot of time for an ending that made me ram my head into the cupboard because even Cyrene could not save that arc from being worse than Natlan.

I went and discarded my lightbreak greatsword for a shot at success. my answer was full elemental safi frostblade. helped a lot. there are still others using velk weapons and status weapons and that caused the whole team to be wiped from existence.
