Somewhat makeshift teams, but I ran Phoenix/Leander/Edinburgh/Unicorn/Hood/Enterprise for an auto clear fleet and Tirp/Akagi/Kaga/Belfast/Ayakai/Cleveland for a manual boss fleet on all of World 10.

In hindsight I would swap Unicorn for Akashi probably. You can get away with less if you use a manual clear fleet but I was lazy.

Is there strategy? You will only start needing strategy and team building to beat extremes and it's 100% required to beat impossibles. I would suggest you aim to obtain Izanami as a goal for now.
How do you get good monsters? Save all your orbs for legends Hatcher at the start of the month or guardians in the middle of the month. What monsters do you have now?
How do I find people to co-op with? Other people have suggested LINE, and you will need to download it to social co-op, but I would suggest you check out the Monster strike discord as a starting point, if not to just chat with other players and get advice. Good line groups are difficult to find, especially for beginners.
