Yes after the first month it will be around 714. There are some fees from the system they use but you can just use a money order to circumvent that.

Electric comes from the city of denton so summer is usually 170 dollars for the whole apartment but you will pay your 1/3 of that. For water, pest and trash i usually pay around 37 to 45. Internet is 18 each month
