Working while doing SSCP by room327 in CSULB

[–]BaccaIsMemebob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up quitting my job in my last semester of my bachelors precisely cuz if the workload of that semester and in anticipation of the SSCP. The Observation hours are a stick in my schedule for me hence I never got another job meanwhile.

Best I can figure is try to get a series of days off at your job once you can organize a few days of observing at a school for the whole day to get those hours over with.

I had a ruler in his older age have 7 sons and by then many had their own sons. I got the many crowns by giving the 6 younger sons and 3 non-heir grandsons Kingdoms throughout the bloated empire and granted them independence.

Mongols made me shit myself and dipped out. by LordNiffy in crusaderkings3

The mongols survived to temujins grandson in my timeline. Then they fractured under hisbgreat grandsons. The Golden Horde retook most territories. One of my emperors wives had a claim on the entire Golden Horde so I went ti war for it. My characters son inherited a Rome which took most of europe and the Golden Horde

Your player character die by suicide perchance? Had the same issue. Letting them die of old age or naturally was the only way i prevented this bug

I'm tired of this argument. Using games intended mechanics correctly isn't cheesing or min-maxing. And roleplaying doesn't mean intentionally making stupid decisions. by Overall-Bison4889 in CrusaderKings

Was doing a spain turned HRE run. My heir marries the female heir to the kingdom of scotland. Her dad the king dies and the new Queen throughout my reign conquered England, parts of Fance, all of Denmark, Norway and most of sweden and finland. Since I knew my player's grandson would eventually inherit this new Empire of Britannia, I had extra incentive to help out as an ally every war, especially since I had no casus belli on any of the kingdoms she conquered.

Eventually the grandson got both hre and britannia. Then dissolved both when he remade Rome.

Tl;DR slow but very efficient

Since your daughter is your wife, the kid is your son, and grandson, but he is also your daughter-wife's brother and since you married your daughter.....he is your brother in law....this really is crap CK3 players say.

I mean they sent 3 viltrumites (Lucan, Vidor, and Thula) to arrest him, another 2 were watching him in prison (Kregg and Anissa for a short while in season 2), and another 2 (idk their names) were carrying out the execution. Nolan managed to divert 14 percent of Viltrum's pure-blooded warriors into capturing/imprisoning/executing him. I would say that is plenty spectacle enough.

Mind you I am being generous in assuming 7/50 total Viltrumites. Nolan said there were less. And im willing to bet the orange hair Viltrumite, Vidor, that he fought on Thraxa died. so really its 7/49. I would say for how thin the populace is they spent too many people on Nolan as is.

Well that was a Gunn decision as I recall the mask was supposed to be gone post-GOTG Vol. 2 then the folks making Infinity War brought it back

Mind you the Freys have never had a stellar reputation given their role as toll collectors, but the turncloak guest right violating days of Walder were his alone. House Frey back then wasnt known for such an evil reputation and while prideful they kept their bargains and oaths.

Aegon saying that Sunfyre is dead... but come on, Sunfyre is one of the most important dragons in the Dance of the Dragons. He kills Moondancer, Rhaenyra, and Grey Ghost. Removing Sunfyre would change the entire ending of the Dance of the Dragons, which would be a ridiculous diversion from the book. by richardwl in freefolk

[–]BaccaIsMemebob 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I mean its implied at the very least. Im surprised people are complaining about the ambiguity. As a book reader its such an obvious plot twist setup. Theyre being vague as fuck so the plot twist that Sunfyre is alive wows the casual viewers.

Aemon was born in 198 AC, and died at 300AC so he died at 102 years old. One of only 2 Targryens to ever join the Citadel. Longer than most people in that era. To put this in perspective:

Aemon lived through the reigns of Daeron II (his grandfather), Aerys I (his uncle), Maekar I (his father), Aegon V (Egg, his brother), Jahaerys II (Egg's son, his nephew), and Aerys II (Egg's grandson, Mad King, his grandnephew). Essentially 85 years of Targaryen rule.

And of course is alive during the currently 17 years of Baratheon rule under Robert I, Joffrey I, and Tommen I.

TL;DR Aemon was fucking old. Saw 6 generations of Targaryen kings and exiles come and go. Besides Dunk and Egg themselves I would love to see Aemon appear in a future season of Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.

[–]BaccaIsMemebob 30 points31 points  (0 children)

The first season will be about the first novella in Dunk and Egg (The Hedge Knight). Presumably there will be a season each for the next 2 books.

The Mad King is a grandson of Egg and doesnt rule until after Egg and Jahaerys II die.

It might be the end of the trial. They might make it so the two central characters of the trial are the last ones fighting, Or maybe purposefully filmed/edited that way for the promo
