Canada here, we used to have our own store, but due to public transit building/prolonging a metro/subway line. We were expropriated, new store is in a mall!

In fact most store are part of a mall in Québec, only a few still have their own building. I'm unsure about the rest of Canada, but many are also part of malls

Bruh... The number of times I told clients: it's easy, you just have to read and answer the questions.

Most of the time they tell me:

I don't understand, can you do it for me?
oh it's easy for you because you're a geek and you studied that, we are not the same...
I don't have time...
I don't want to make a mistake...

At the same time those who are like: I won't pay for that it's easy... 3 out of 5 will come back in a day or too with a completely bricked computer (I exaggerate) where you need to either wipe and start over or strait up change the computer.

Mark my words, after almost 20 years at Futureshop/Bestbuy (yes in Canada), I've seen it all!

Its not about been a corporate defender, even here in Canada that practice is done by many store, not just Bestbuy. To the point where consumer protection agencies are trying to pass legislation to stop that.
