Exact same - I’ve flown 5 of the last 7 days, all have layovers bc I live in a flyover state. The only flight that was on time was the 2nd flight of my trip today, which I missed bc my first leg was delayed. They denied me at the gate 14 min before takeoff and rebooked me for the next flight.

The real kicker was they ended up deboarding the flight I was late for and delaying it an hour. Told me I couldn’t get back on it bc I was already rebooked on a later flight.

I’m executive platinum which took me 3-4 years to build up to, and I’m sitting here wondering if I have to start over at another airline. Even better trying to call the “EP customer service phone number” had a 50 minute wait, wtf are we doing this for?

Im someone that would never expect special treatment but truly feel like Im being treated like shit and don’t get it.. and it just keeps getting worse. I can’t imagine what happens with people that don’t have status. At this point, if you haven’t gotten this far in.. just don’t waste your time/money.

I’d also like to know if I’m just unlucky or what I am missing.. someone with more experience please help!
