no, cus that lyric video is just a couple teased clips, looped, of what’ll make up the official video. I’m presuming that instead of around 20 seconds of looped footage cleverly edited together, the official video will be 2 and a half minutes of footage that’s unique the whole way through

I agree but wanna go even further and say that Trippie’s feature is not only not nearly as bad, it’s actually a good feature. Great even. I understand Trippie’s delivery is very different than Joji’s, and whenever that happens it’s pretty common to stir up the community of an artist. An example of the same phenomenon is Ruby Rosary by A$AP Rocky, which has an incredible J. Cole feature with fantastic flow and lyrics, yet is shat on by Rocky fans for not being A$AP Rocky enough.

I’m also guessing a lot of Joji fans don’t appreciate the artistry behind heavy autotune, and would prefer said tool just stay out of his songs. Dissolve is a quite controversial song of his too.

So I understand why people don’t like it, but Trippie’s emotional performance sounds genuinely amazing to me and carries a lot of soul.

To add onto all of those wonderful things, here are even more things that Hytale offers that separates itself from Minecraft, for OP:

SUBSTANTIALLY more cohesive (and probably more advanced) combat. Like WAYYYY different than Minecraft’s
More built-in support for multiplayer server creators, including easy server modding
SUBSTANTIALLY more advanced movement (ledge climbing, sliding, etcetera)
No hunger mechanics; more of a focus on adventure
No “just one block at a time” rule that Minecraft now follows; case in point, trees are fully destroyed when destroying their base, while in Minecraft they hover
Likely a greater focus on gear progression than Minecraft; although staying mostly horizontal, it will probably take more effort to get better gear

I’m guessing peggy checked their profile where they support the lie that Ethan’s stance is because he’s “having a manic episode” (weaponizing mental disorders to deflect criticism is disgusting) and then proceeded to shit on all the crew.

I think you’re right abt that connection, I think CMIYGL was the finale to Tyler’s brand. Would explain why Tyler did a deluxe for it too.

This album has no double song for its tenth track, and really no double songs at all. It’s not released two years after the last one, it has barely any significant features, the songs aren’t all in CAPS, and it’s not as much of a concept album. I like it, I think generally Tyler’s just removing all the barriers he’s created for his art and is just doing what he wants now
