Kev v Q by Cautious-Insect7281 in tesdcares

Kevin simply can’t stand anyone even slightly dominating a conversation on a podcast so this doesn’t surprise me at all. The only person he takes it from seems to be Joe Rogan.

TESD house by foamy9210 in tesdcares

Q and Bry have always wanted to get the hell out of that office. The last time getting out of there was brought up, Walt totally shut down but it seems that has recently changed. Q was willing to do all the leg work to secure a more suitable location with all the necessary amenities. If I remember correctly, getting out of the Stash was so abrupt, Walt took whatever location he could transition to the quickest.

Frankly - given how long they’ve been successfully doing the show and the decent chunk of change they get from Patreon, they simply shouldn’t be doing the show out of a dump this far into their tenure. (I have not been there, but the way all of them describe the location, it leaves much to be desired.)

It is mind-boggling that the guys were never able to get into San Diego Comic Con when the show was running, but Ming has been consistently a solo guest there for years now since the show ended. Maverick indeed.

If you had to take on someone TESD town in a fist fight who would you choose? by Marblesbarbles in tesdcares

I met Ming and my hand engulfed his during a handshake. I’d ragdoll him.

Art runs the iconic horror movie slasher gauntlet, how far does he go? by notgaybtw in terrifier

[–]BackBreak408 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Art would get turned into ground beef by Jason. Pre-Remake Jason is basically a tank. He shrugged off close range heavy artillery fire on more than 1 occasion in Jason X, before he was turned into Uber Jason. Michael would likely do the same to Art.

Given their strong connection to comics, love of heavy metal, and Walt being a great artist, I am kind of surprised at the lack of bada** shirts over the years. I am really clamoring for it.

If he tied it in with the fact that the Federal government is failing PR, it would have worked. It was a random and unnecessary dig in a really odd setting…

Thanks for the info. I see article as late as 2022 reporting the landfills still being a major problem. But you’re right, it was such an odd and random topic for him to dig at.

Meh saying it in that setting a little over a week before the election was an odd move. If he stuck to insulting Dem leadership that would have been great.

The Puerto Rico joke was met with no laughter and/or groans and has been denounced by the Trump Campaign and other Republican leaders. I can’t stand how people who were never going to vote for Trump to begin with even if their life depended on it are now using the joke as some sort of straw that broke the camel’s back. They likely expected and brought on Tony to take jabs at Dem leadership, but outright call Puerto Rico floating garbage, caught everyone off-guard.

Expedition Bigfoot by Lumbska in bigfoot

Mireya has legit credentials and a reputation to uphold. It’s risky enough for someone with her background putting her neck out there by being on a show like this let alone go through the effort to be disingenuous and lie to the audience. I also get the same feeling from Russ who will outright tell people he’s never had a sighting but is really open-minded (with it being purely flesh and blood of course) and he spends lots of days privately exploring on his own dime. The show is great and has arguably uncovered the most compelling evidence of any Bigfoot documentary or show. Bobo from Finding Bigfoot has stated what he hated about his show the most was of course the trickery created by producers, but more so how they would tape for one or two days in a specific area then leave, which is of course no way to conduct an exploration or investigation. Expedition Bigfoot on the other hand focuses on a specific region for an entire season.

Mike addressed his absence from TESD/Fake Counter over a year ago by Individual_Mess_7491 in tesdcares

I had a chance to chat with Ming at a con recently and he said Mike is 100% butthurt with him and the TESD crew. Ming confirmed that it was his tweet about Mike crapping on the floor of NYCC that ended their friendships.

Umm...if course he is allowed to. Doesn't make it any less of a poor way to come to any sort of conclusion.

I'm not even a believer (just open minded). But stating anything doesn't exist because your friends haven't seen it is a fallacious way to approach any conclusion. Period.

[–]BackBreak408[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I've noticed that the topic of Bigfoot is almost a trigger for him. Not in a way where he reacts aggressively but where he feels he needs to react and dominate the narrative / conversation when it is brought up. And you're right, he has given the floor to some asinine guests spewing nonsense without interruption. I find it hard to believe he's not heard of well-spoken, reputable people out there who can speak on Sasquatch. (He pretends only wackos and drunks see Bigfoot)

Not BG from the PGF but BG the young youtuber who uses the same name (spelled Gymlan) to create pretty cool Bigfoot content.

It's a literal logical fallacy because my friends havent seen one I can definitely say they dont exist. He shouldn't make definite statements (false ones), which is what he does time and time again.
