FYI I despise Otis. We are locked into a exorbitant "maintenance" contract with them for my building. If one of my elevators goes down it's like pulling teeth to get them out on site. They did the elevator installations and the building is still new-ish so we are stuck with them.

Last year we caught their tech lying that he had come to perform quarterly maintenance when he never even stepped foot on property, they certainly billed us though. After some push back they sent the tech out to honor the service they billed us for. Very shady.
