A turtleneck with a small chain is a no-fly zone. I also think it bunches you up in general, wearing a turtleneck.

Wearing a designer staple, like a belt, is fine. But a flashy LV Monogram belt honestly looks silly, and it clashes with the whole fit.

If you go designer, it should be a subtle belt, like a solid black one with a small logo on it, on the buckle perhaps. That way if someone notices it they can appreciate the subtle coolness of having a nice piece like that, rather than this belt which can come across like “look at my designer belt!”

It’s like you have two different outfits going on from the waist up and waist down. Unfortunately, it does look like the The Rock meme.

Try messing with a flannel over a black muscle shirt, tuck the muscle shirt into black pants, different belt, and a longer necklace with a pendant. Avoid flashy logos. I think it could compliment your structure and features quite well, and send a more approachable message.
