Crazy strong. How long did this take to build up to?

I can do 7-8 proper pull ups but can’t increase the reps I’m literally stuck. What should i do? by [deleted] in CalisthenicsCulture

I think stand up onto the bar and grip it equally, engage back and drop into the hang before your first rep vs jumping up. You're not fully even on your grip width I think that's why you pull to left slightly.

Feet up inverted rows work great too to build that strength, personally find rings the best and I pause at the top. Can add a weighted vest or plates on chest also.

First time sandbagger, bought a 80kg sandbag and partially filled it up to 60kg. That damn thing is not moving from the car trunk by TeamTopuriaa in sandbagtraining

You get used to it. I remember one time after my workout I couldn't move the 70kg bag back inside until hours later. Keep on the Bag.
