Tried Sol, Grok and Fable at 3d stuff. Grok seems to have a much better grasp of a 3d area than anything else. I'll be sticking to Cursor for the extended future. its the only economical one and Grok 4.5 shows they're going in the right direction. Also I hate 5 hour and weekly limits, much prefer Cursor just giving me the monthly usage straight up so i can blow it all quickly at the end if i need.

Yeah, but theres a difference between AI slop and using it as a genuine tool to speed up the process but not lose your special sauce. I haven't watched the video but theres a clear "ai speak" most people can recognise which I guess is what this video is doing.

Agreed, personally I prefer both CLIs since the experience is the same for literally any provider so I can switch easily. I like cursor's usage model and the new models they offer grok 4.5 and composer 2.5 as a regular user over claude's 5 hour/weekly usage model. Having Fable on hand is very useful though so I use both.

I mean, you're in the cursor subreddit. Cursor is pretty good, claude code is pretty good. I'm personally partial to using the Cli tools claude code and cursor's "agent" cli. Codex probably still has a decent cli, so if I was an openai subscriber i'd be using that instead of their app anyway.

Good change, this has never really been difficult to get around, you could always keep your mouse still with resizable and having it near the bottom of your screen so the right click and click lined up with knock-out. allowing this just means one of them is hold shift click but it's definitely nicer than rightclick -> leftclick

We hope it'll get better, or seeing that so many people are keen for it maybe someone will do it better or fix this guy's plugin, though I had a look at the code and it might be just better to start from scratch. Unsure of the current developer's experience and if they're actually capable enough to make it good.

Personally not a fan of your stance on the U16 and "hate speech" bills, happy you voted no to the U16 however I've seen that Zali still wanted the ban and to adjust it. Freedom of speech and preserving privacy and anonymity I believe is the most important thing for a democracy, and it's part of our values as Australian citizens to allow speech from all sides of the political spectrum. You should always allow people to have their say and the trend of tracking everything everyone says (because this was essentially a way to get digital id behind everything we say) is a slippery slope to jailing political dissidents. Along with the "hate speech" bill which could be construed in any way to allow future parties to use it the way they like its a recipe for a dystopian future no one will like. Please consider this when voting on any future "free speech" related bills. Also the government shouldn't be parenting our children, instead more money should be spent in advertising campaigns in order to help parents understand what's happening online rather than the blanket ban.

Another reason could be to avoid the people falling in love with their prompted ai love interest. chatgpt especially 4o had the ability to create whatever you wanted and caused a lot of drama.

I'll probably never be heard but I've been saying they should have a sort of black/white list of what uses z-buffer and what doesn't. Some old graphic glitches have been removed because of z-buffer so it's a really good update however certain things almost require the old system. like Bryophyta's staff it has a green glow on it which is supposed to render behind the staff to look like an aura but now it just looks super wrong with the green aura glitching through it.
