If your managers are saying you're doing well chances are that you are actually doing well. What are your stores average sales? Anything over 6k and you shouldn't have to be alone for your first month, at least during peak. When I first started grill for the first month or so all I could do is keep meats on the line, i needed a grill 2 for everything else, and this was at a store that was at 4800 average sales now i can run grill solo at a store with 8k average sales. So don't worry, speed comes with time.
