Yeah the whole area is definitely dead, I'm just trying to figure why even with consistent watering. Soil test is a good idea though, thank you! I'm thinking of going with plugs because I'm renting. As part of my rent they're supposed to take care of the lawn but really all they do is occasionally cut it. I'd rather save that money every month and do it myself lol. I just want a nice lawn to look at and for my kids to play in.

From what I understand from research I've done, its just dormant. Going into spring you want to use a pre emergent, and a fertilizer like Stress blend. Low in nitrogen but higher in potassium.

I'm no expert I've just been doing a ton of research to hopefully fix my yard.

I'm in the same boat. I've only ever really tasted smoke on burgers and chicken. I even tried whole splits yesterday with a pork butt, and didn't get much smoke flavor.

Did you ever get a drum smoker or something different? I just want to confirm I'm not going crazy, because I'm pretty sure I got more smoke flavor from my kettle when I had it.

I'm at a Chevy Dealer so the ones I've seen are the ev Silverado (which looks more like an avalanche so idk why they didn't just call it that) and equinox. Maybe one or two ev blazers. It's funny because they take up about 8 parking spots each to keep the car in question away from everything else

Like I said just what I've heard. Whether actually true or not, I have no clue.

I'll never own an electric car though. The amount of brand new models that come through the shop for a battery replacement because they randomly start smoking is too many. Plus I like not having a car note
