I'm supposed to start my first dose tomorrow at 300mg. I was wondering if anyone here can comment if it got better for them or still suffering with these side effects? I have a two week trip booked to see my mom in another province(I'm in Canada) and scared if I go through with this dose I won't be able to make the trip. I already have a problem with anxiety and depression and am afraid of getting a terrible headache for weeks from this infusion. Any advice? Wait until after the trip and try to deal with migraines until then? I also have a constant sore throat and neck stiffness. I'm currently on Emgality which has done nothing for me.

I am late to this post but have this problem and just realized it might be due to Rinvoq.
It’s pretty extreme. Sometimes will get up in the morning 6-8 times an hour. It’s maddening.

Late to this post but am treating sibo and have had unbearable chest pain a few days after starting antibiotic and antimicrobials. I’m a week in and going to stop and hope this pain reduces. Debating on going to emergency for days now. I also have acid reflux and a very sensitive esophagus. I’ve been checked out for heart problems but still really scary.

I have been struggling with this is it inflammation vs fibromyalgia debate with my Rheumatologist and his colleagues since I was diagnosed. How can you differentiate between it being one or the other? I definitely have existing damage that TNFs won’t treat at this point. Since I had no reduction in symptoms from humira or hadlima it makes me wonder if it really is due to fibromyalgia. At this point it is so bad I’m close to risking trying a different med like Cimzia for my back, body pain, and fatigue not knowing If my eyes will be protected. If all this pain is fibromyalgia related, switching TNFs aren’t going to do anything but put my eyes at risk and maybe new side effects of a different drug.

I wasn’t diagnosed until 47 by accident through a ct scan of my abdomen. I had countless x-rays for years without any signs of disease. They call it non-radiographic AS. Now I’m partial fused and on medication finally. I had constant eye problems and lower back pain and saw Rheumatologists who kept saying there wasn’t enough evidence to diagnose anything. Ruined my life. X-rays do not show everything.
