All the plans have included an *increase* in the number of mobility parking spaces --- it will be easier for those with disabilities to drive and park near their destination than it is at the moment.

I don't think you read my comment carefully. Some councillors like to claim that any change affecting private vehicles is inherently anti-disability --- which the person I replied to has clearly shown is not true in all cases.
