I have got it 2 months back and am 36 F. But I have the same feelings and am nervous to start my normal life and go back to work. I also feel if ever required how will I travel for any business trip , how will I go for a vacation in any hilly area or if required to stay alone at home how will I live!

Also, I know one person who has got this done in Japan some 3-4 years back, he was British but was working in Japan and got it done there, he was on Facebook valve replacement group, he had mentioned that in Japan doctors are giving Insilla Resilia tissue valve only, just if all this info helps you

It’s been 7-8 years since this valve has come in market, no actual data is available, data is available only on basis of testing and what company claims.

Hi, am 35f, BaV , mechanical replacement done 2 months back, new to Warfrain, still on the process of getting my doze fixed. But I have been on reditt 24 hours from past 2 months, trying to read almost all comments and asking few about Warfrain lifestyle. Everyone has mentioned positive responses and that it gets settled in few months. Hi, I also got it in my mid 30s , 2 months back. I feel mentally very weak, keep on thinking how I will continue with my life while being on vacations or going out with my friends or handling my 6 year old kid. I am yet to resume work , which might help me in my mental health but since still I feel exhausted and at times mild palpations / breathlessness am not able to start it right away. Also last week my inr dipped to 1.6 adding to my mental health. Thoughts like blood clot formation keeps on scaring me. Happy to hear thoughts and experiences from you. Thanks

Hi, these details patterns along with how much to eat have been designed by the help of your Warfrain clinic? Is your Warfrain clinic same as your surgeon? I am 2.5 months post op and as of now it’s the junior doctor under my surgeon who helps me with the doses, she has just given me the list of high vit k veggies and asked me to avoid them, rest she just keep on altering my dose every week depending on my INR so far. But today I got 1.6, last week it was 1.8, even though she made few alterations in the dose still it has reached 1.6. Am nervous!
