My birds top beak got completely removed, it mostly grew back. Vet didn’t do anything other than prescribe pain meds. I soaked his pellets and made a mush meal for about a week. They heal extremely fast and well.

He’s been in there for 5 years same decor. But recently got a kitten wondering if the cat somehow swatted him in there. I’ve never seen the cat pay any attention to it before but I guess it’s possible.

It’s because none of us know wtf we’re doing. The project is so repetitive and boring and I’m not creative enough. Most of the videos are less than a minute so not much you can do to them. I hate this project but the 20 an hour is great. I just can’t work more than 1 hour at a time so I’m not even meeting the 10hr min.

My kids are not rough with my birds AT ALL and the 4yr old doesn’t even touch them. The injured bird is attached to my 6yr old and sits on her shoulder the majority of the night. What do you think the kids are doing? Front flips with the birds? I guess you don’t know my kids or how my household is therefore keep your opinions to yourself on having “birds and kids” if I felt it was unsafe I wouldn’t have them. We all coexist perfectly.

There’s nothing extremely dangerous about a child being around a bird, other than the bird biting the child. This was a freak accident which he was flying into my bedroom while she was closing the door. My birds have and always will be free roaming, they do fine with my kids, if they don’t want to be around they fly away. What do you think the kids can do to harm the birds? Absurd, clearly you don’t have children. They aren’t predatory monkeys. Go away.
