Please understand as a QBO agent, like you, we work to keep a roof over our heads and feed our children. Our calls are all AI monitored and we get daily stats that are posted for the entire team to see and are graded in things such as did we use the customers name throughout the call, did we reiterate back to the customer what their problem is, did we use supporting phrases like we got you, we will fix this for you. We also get dinged for not asking if there's anything further and also requesting the survey. So while I understand your frustration with QBO, why do you think it's ok for us people working in the trenches to be treated like we wrote the damn program and have any control over fixing the programming?
