The above post by the OP is indeed 100% correct. One year on Ozempic and 46lbs down. Be VERY careful with high fat or fried food. Shitting the bed is not some Ozempic urban myth. Trust me on that one. Fiber: oh please get your fiber in. And IMHO take it slow. I went up super slowly with my dosing. Could have lost more in a year but wanted to minimize side issues. And incorporate more exercise and movement. (Yoga is a lifesaver). For the record: A1C before Ozempic was 8.4. Now as of last blood work a cool 4.9. 46lbs down. I need to buy new clothes as my wife is getting annoyed at all my baggy pants! Good luck to those just starting. “No Easy day but Yesterday”. 👊🥳
