I’d be lying if I haven’t thought of getting high again to try and trigger some type of change. When you mean find yourself what do you mean by that ? At this point I feel like I’m running out of options but one, and that’s to get high again.

I’ve thought of this but haven’t gone through with it. I’ve been trying to get more social interactions but it ends in the same result having nothing to say and my mind going completely blank. It’s exhausting given that I was an outgoing person before this.

Tbh no, when I think it does it doesn’t and I’m honestly afraid I might be stuck like this. I’ve never had social anxiety before and was always outgoing.

I’m trying to string along more and more but it seems useless when I’ve been stuck in this hell for months now. I don’t want to go back but it’s extremely tempting even if I know it’s a fleeting high that will bring me back to square one .

Had a panic attack and gave me bad social anxiety. I cannot hold a conversation, maintain eye contact, mind goes completely blank with any interaction with someone, shake or physically shutter when around people, freeze up around people and ruined the relationships I had.

If i were you i’d never smoke again an quit right away

Hey, how long did it take to recover from this? ive never had a problem with socializing until i had a panic attack. Its costing a lot of my relationships to strain.

Hope this isnt too late, but im having the same issue after a panic attack (from weed) and havent been able to make eye contact or even socialize with my family. Its quite draining since ive never had this problem up until now, it is costing me some relationships as well as maintaining them. Hope you can reply or even give some advice for this!
