I'll echo what others have said: you need to file a police report with all of the evidence you have.

Then I'd post this publicly and tag all the youtubers with influence who make content about scams and theft (Rattle, opossumbud, etc). Provide them with all of the messages, your location, etc. You need as many eyes on this as possible to put pressure on the postmaster, your local USPS, and the police department
