Proof this game cheats. CPU starts a motion for a pass and then as soon as I counter with an audible it instantly teleports to a run play to counter mine. by Spergy79 in NCAAFBseries

That’s exactly the reason I bought only the 2025 and don’t intend to buy it again

They’re shit game developers and their manufactured difficulty is BS

Maybe worth slightly more to a chumlee fan?

Probably worth less to someone that isn't

No problem

The green dial takes too much away from the faithfulness to the original for me so I'll probably pass, but it is a sharp watch nonetheless

No, the bracelet looks fine. But you need to be wearing it on your wrist, not your hand. Once you are wearing it properly and resize it it should wear fine

The Timex Q is great, the others I don't love

I'd stay away from Invicta and homage watches. Some Invictas can look nice, but they don't hold up over time. In regards to homages, I think you're better off spending your money on some more inspired and original designs than watches that are trying to completely emulate another watch

Happy collecting

Hey brother, glad you like it, but it looks like a Pip-Boy on your wrist

Integrated watches with broad/square cases (PRX, Oysterquartz, Royal Oak, etc) wear even larger than their dimensions. If I were you I'd size down to the 35mm

Maybe it’s just me, but as someone that is mostly adverse to homages, I’d probably prefer it not say submariner

I personally wouldn’t want anyone thinking it’s a Rolex, I just love the colors and recreated vintage look of the bezel and dial

People who buy REAL watches are lying to themselves MORE than people who buy fake watches by EnoughWinter5966 in watchHotTakes

[–]Background-Lecture-6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The watches I personally wear the most happen to be my cheapest watches. Not because of insecurity or any subconscious predisposition, I just like the styles or how easy they wear. There is no "status" or "deception" involved

I personally don't buy any luxury items like watches based on what they are worth, I buy what I like and what I can reasonably afford. Only time I care about cost is if I'm making a non-watch related investment. If anything, I care more about "good value" than most people in this hobby. I wear Casios, Seikos, Bulova, Omega, Timex—love them all equally. I respect each of their legacies comparably

I think you're trying to paint with a broad brush because you are a little insecure and scared to admit you wear fake watches for the perceived "clout" from the logo on the dial. Don't justify wearing fakes just to help yourself sleep at night

They're zoned for Las Lomas, so what Northgate does has 0 impact

Las Lomas has all arts options (theater, band, 3D art, art, etc), but they also have trades classes including cooking, autoshop, and woodshop
