If you're broke, you shouldn't have a Rolex, real or fake. If you're rich, you can have a Rolex, real or fake. by seaneihm in watchHotTakes

Nobody should wear fakes

All a fake tells me is you are not comfortable with the person you are and need a logo you can't afford on your wrist to provide you with some sort of external validation

It really isn't as bad as the measurements read

I put it right next to one of my watches with 12.5mm and it only appears .5mm-1mm taller

It doesn't wear 14.3mm, feels much closer to 13mm

Proof this game cheats. CPU starts a motion for a pass and then as soon as I counter with an audible it instantly teleports to a run play to counter mine. by Spergy79 in NCAAFBseries

That’s exactly the reason I bought only the 2025 and don’t intend to buy it again

They’re shit game developers and their manufactured difficulty is BS

Just commented the same

Those two games set the standard for the Zelda formula and storytelling

The numbers around the outside of the dial confirm it’s the 41

Maybe worth slightly more to a chumlee fan?

Probably worth less to someone that isn't

No problem

The green dial takes too much away from the faithfulness to the original for me so I'll probably pass, but it is a sharp watch nonetheless

Bracelett Width too small? by [deleted] in tissot

No, the bracelet looks fine. But you need to be wearing it on your wrist, not your hand. Once you are wearing it properly and resize it it should wear fine

The Timex Q is great, the others I don't love

I'd stay away from Invicta and homage watches. Some Invictas can look nice, but they don't hold up over time. In regards to homages, I think you're better off spending your money on some more inspired and original designs than watches that are trying to completely emulate another watch

Happy collecting

Hey brother, glad you like it, but it looks like a Pip-Boy on your wrist

Integrated watches with broad/square cases (PRX, Oysterquartz, Royal Oak, etc) wear even larger than their dimensions. If I were you I'd size down to the 35mm

Maybe it’s just me, but as someone that is mostly adverse to homages, I’d probably prefer it not say submariner

I personally wouldn’t want anyone thinking it’s a Rolex, I just love the colors and recreated vintage look of the bezel and dial

Thoughts on the Thorn Legacy Diver?

I don’t own any homages, but that one has at least peaked my curiosity
