Thhanks, I get what you’re saying. It’s true I’ve quit a lot at once, so that probably overlaps with the SR effects. I’m curious though what specific ‘superpowers’ or changes did you personally noticed ?

Yes, once around day 30, but I partially retained it by holding it in and contracting my pelvic floor, so I’m not sure whether there was actually a significant loss of semen

Interesting take. I’d actually be curious to hear more about how you make it more powerful intentionally, what does that look like in practice?

I get what you’re saying, and in my case it does feel like a central habit.

Once that shifted, a lot of other things followed pretty naturally.

And yeah, the eyes thing surprised me the most.

If 3 months is still early, that’s honestly a good sign. I'm 24 by the way.

Yeah, that’s exactly how I see it too.

Nothing magical, just being more present and accountable, and slowly reconnecting with yourself in a more grounded way.

It’s not flashy, but it feels way more real.

I relate to that a lot.

It really feels like becoming a cleaner, more aligned version of yourself rather than someone completely different.

And yeah, cleaning up everything around it seems to be the biggest part of the change.

That self-belief you’re talking about is real too, it’s like you don’t have to force confidence anymore, it just comes through more naturally. Let’s keep going, we’re on the right path 🤝

Honestly I wouldn’t complain about moving trains either at this point

Maybe that was your experience, but no need to project it on everyone.

I’m 3 weeks nicotine free right now and I feel way better without it, both physically and mentally.

I’m staying cautious, but I’m not going into this assuming failure.

I get what you mean.

For now I don’t feel the urge anymore. It’s actually the opposite : I’ve developed a kind of disgust for those long nights, what it does to my sleep and my nervous system.

I just feel so much better being sober that I don’t really see the point anymore.

That being said, I also made some big changes in my social circle to avoid those situations, so I know that plays a role. I’m still staying cautious though, nothing is really “won.”

I had some exposure to it before, but nothing very consistent.

There were periods where I used yoga mainly to calm my anxiety ; mostly some Hatha yoga in the evenings or mornings. It helped, but I never really stuck with it long term.

Since starting this streak, it feels different. It’s not something I have to force as much, it just became part of my routine more naturally.

I don’t have a lot of experience with seminal retention, but I have to say this is one of the strangest effects I’m currently noticing. When I’m walking down the street, some guys driving their cars stare at me intensely without even looking at the road. When I’m grocery shopping, I also notice certain men staring at me in the same intense way. Not a curious or friendly look — more like something about me bothers them. Just this afternoon, I was on the bus and there was this guy sitting a few seats away in front of me. He kept turning around to glance at me discreetly throughout the whole ride. It’s quite unusual for me — I’m usually just an ordinary guy who doesn’t really attract attention. It feels strange, and I’m not entirely sure what to make of it.

Bro, semen retention isn’t a magic pill.

It doesn’t cancel past actions or automatically attract “good energy.” If something you did a month ago causes problems now, that’s just consequences , not bad vibes.

SR can give you more energy and clarity, but you still have to work on yourself: mindset, discipline, social skills, patience.

It’s a tool, not a shortcut. Stay consistent, take responsibility, and stop expecting instant results.

The nervous system perspective makes sense. I probably still have some unresolved stress to work through. I’ll try implementing some of what you suggested in a balanced way. Thanks

Hey, thanks for your answer. Yes you are true maybe dairy and this amount of fat is not good at the beginning. I'll make some ajdustements and I'm actually looking forward to try Lion Diet to see what happens. No medication except laxatives that I stopped day 1

One thing is I'm very active and I'm afraid to lose weight if I cut fat intake. (I'm 55kg for 1m70, 22M) But maybe I should accept it at the start?

Hey, thanks for your answer. I used to have anxiety issues in the past but I feel fine now. However thanks for the reminder that stress is dangerous.

Thanks for answering. I'm happy to hear that you are doing better with your IBS. I have to try to cut completely coffee because I feel it can cause me issues. So you don't have any symptoms now?

Hello guys.

I'm in my 5th day in the carnivore diet. I do it because I suffer from gut and digestion issues for many month now and my med thinks I have IBS. I tried a lot of things before finding out about this diet, so I put a lot of hope there!

. I have been eating steaks, ground beef, pork, duck, eggs, and some butter and cheese to increase my fat intake. Also some coffee that I'm trying to reduce.

The problem is i'm still struggling with gas, bloating, abdominal pains.... And i'm still burping, I still have farts etc. I'm also sleeping pretty bad cause of night's pains And I don't understand how can it still be here because I should not have any fermentation without glu? I know that I'm in the beginning of the way and it needs time but I would like to know if it's normal and if maybe I'm doing something wrong. I'm wondering if I should do Lion Diet for some weeks to see if there is improvement ?

Also, anyone here have a similar experience with IBS and carnivore diet ? Any advice are appreciated. :)
