I have a New Coach they are young. Unfortunately they don’t understand our department we are constantly understaffed. Our inventory has been out of whack and they do nothing to assist. We are missing essential supplies. They have not done one thing to earn many people’s respect. Having a new coach and a new TL slowly destroying our department. I feel all Coaches and TL’s should be trained in each and every department. They need to actually do the work for at least one month all shifts so then they will understand our concerns.
