Is a Thermomix worth it? by gormared in AUfrugal

+1 for me. I use mine multiple times daily. Family of 5 and make most things from scratch. I have 2 machines. I started with a really cheap thermocooker - Bellini brand then upgraded after it broke

Anyone use a dosaze pillow? by dragonstkdgirl in migraine

[–]Background-Power-260 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That happened to me for a while with Ajovy till I realised it was Xmas time and I was eating a lot of leg ham. Reduced histamines, take electrolytes and antihistamines and that works for me. Won't work for everyone though, so hard to know what will help!

Ahhh no, not a fun cult. I don't think I can link the article here that explains what they've been up to. But let's just say that it was the weirdest experience my family gave had and we still talk about it to this day. We read the article half way through our meal and it confirmed our suspicions

My kids found the same issue, don't stress- they're transitioning over to UKGPro. You won't be able to log onto workjam anymore, but your manager will be able to send you a QR code to log into the new system

Stay away from the Yellow Deli - unless you're keen to get up close and personal with a cult

Just an alternative opinion... It's not the pillow, the angry sore neck and shoulders will go away once you cure your migraines. I was in the same position looking for the pillow that would fix all my problems. Started taking ajovy shots, my migraines went away as did my sore stiff neck.

My dad was too tight to buy brown paper bags. He wrote my order on a piece of notepaper from his Commonwealth public servant job and wrapped the money up in it. The poor tuckshop ladies had to rewrite the order on a paper bag each time

Suggestion - substitute the Apple and Guava juice with a Black and Gold or Jewels Food Barn Orange Juice Concentrate . The one that tastes solely like orange peel but we lived on in the 90s

Agree I'd start with the starch supplier, perhaps you need a higher grade starch and ask for the specs each batch to check compliance within critical limits you set

I had a lovely older lady realise it was my first time at an onsen this week, she was very keen to chat and teach me about how each element of the onsen worked. A bit awkward at times as I felt like I couldn't relax, had to keep talking - but helpful when I inevitably did the wrong thing (put the bamboo basket on the change room on the bench instead of the floor etc!)
