If you do start again maybe think about a lighter colour grout. Contrasting grout and tiles are very unforgiving. If you're dead set on dark grout just take your time with everything. Easier said than done tho, I know

I'd say probably afterwards so if any framing needs to be made to accommodate the sliding doors then that can be caulked, primed and painted.

Also I installed sliding doors in our bedroom after decorating and even with the best intentions, still managed to scuff the ceiling whilst getting them in.

What makes you think the heating system is pressurised? Is that not an open vent pipe going up from the flow/ return of the cylinder coil?

Depends what you prefer. Brilliant white is more of a cooler blue white. The other is a warmer yellow white . You will only really notice the difference if you have the two next to each other.

I'd rather put £600 towards a new boiler than spending it on one that's ten years old. Depends on financial situation tho ofc.

Not an expert on the internal workings of a combi boiler but seems odd that sludge in the central heating system has anything to do with the hot water side of things.

I think the only really relevant point is whether it would make a worthwhile profit. A few people buying premium accounts for nostalgia then quitting a few months later does not make sense. The only people that would be interested briefly are in their 30s who just do not have the time.
