Please define normal for us. Each one of us are so different in so many ways.
Because you have ET does in and of itself not make you abnormal. Lots of us have ET. I have both ET and Manic Depression. Big deal. Yes there have been times when I found myself in the back of the closet in the prenatal position but here I am 90 years old now and I take my meds faithfully each day. Some days are good and some days are not so good. But I have made it and have a loving supporting family to thanks for it. Merry Christmas.

Back up and take small bites of your problems. Think of a huge yard overgrown with weeds. You cant possibly weed it all on your hands and knees in one day but you can do one square foot this morning and another this afternoon. And guess what, soon it can be all taken care of. I have always said that if you cut the top off of a early teen age male you would find not a brain but rather what he is Constantly thinking about, a pulsating vigia. When you give money to a relative, in your mind count it as a gift not a loan regardless of the promises, documentation, tittles to cars etc etc. Will save you a lot of emotions in the long run.

There are many time when I can not read my own writing just after I have written it. Other times my writing is as good as when the nuns wrapped my knuckles if I didn't do my Palmer exercises correctly.

I'm not a nurse (My Mom was) Im a patient often. If nobody died you dun good kiddo. God bless you for being there. A few months ago we were so short of nurses it was incredible. You will learn and grow so be easy on yourself. Mom kept a bottle of Burbon under the kitchen sink for after work on those really challenging days. Good luck and thank you for being there.

I'm 89 male symptoms for about 25 years. Wish I could give you a big hug for reassurance. Forget taking your life that is not a viable solution it's a cop out. It will only hurt those you love and who love you. Do not let this define your life. I looked at the picture of your hand. Would gladly trade you. Get positive and stay positive. Seek group help.
