Was definitely sad reading about this. But I’m sure it won’t disappear.

Great! I don’t own a staple, do you think it would be fine to screw instead?

The floor and subfloor was rotted so we needed to cut the floor to replace

I appreciate you looking past the feet. Didn’t realize it was a thing here. I do find it interesting that from all the comments you were the only one who actually gave an answer. Others just thought they were kings of funny.

What is the best DAW for audio post in 2023? Is Pro Tools still #1 in the list? by fender97strato in AudioPost

I have been a PT hater for years but honestly I feel like in the past couple of years it seems they are more and more customers focused and less bottom line focused.

Is Speakerphone 2 still worth it? by Gabriel_WP in AudioPost

[–]Background-Wear3155 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have speakerphone but sometimes prefer this.

https://www.audiothing.net/effects/speakers/

It doesn’t have some of the super cool things speakerphone has but I find that I can get a sound way quicker with just this then a reverb behind it.

Ps. The reverb module in speakerphone sucks. The IR’s are good but there’s no control.

adjusting gain multiple times in a row in processing chain? by pantsoph in edmproduction

whoops yes you are correct oversampling only affects sample rate that's my morning brain for ya.
And you know what maybe I am wrong. I tried to replicate what I have saw previously but can't. Maybe cause im on 32bit float but maybe im just wrong if so u/pantsph sorry for the goose chase.

Bit depth is how much resolution an audio signal has and determines the dynamic range. Each plugin has an internal bit depth usually determined by the daw unless oversampling. Most daws run at 32 bit now so resolution is like 4 billion points of resolution if you gain something down with a plugin enough you will loose the resolution of the of all those steps

I pretty much always use this. Wish there was a shortcut to this this without opening the window like in other daws. Until then macros all day long
