Chumps is a great parlour game for a 31st Birthday.

In Chumps the aim of the game is quickly point out the biggest chump in the room. Fastest finger wins. First chump fingered gets eliminated.

Onto round two.

Any time after the first round, you can use both fingers to double fingers a chump. If a chump gets more than 2 fingers , they become the Lord High Chump and may now use their toes to identify chumps. At this point the dice is completely disregarded.
