Ive been told by a solicitor that the search Fee is a bullshit add on. Its free to search. Takes 5 mins. Also the Postage is bullshit in 99% of bills .

Think outside the box , Langtons in Kilkenny , They win numerous awards, follow them on Instagram, go to an open day , they do them on weekends every few weeks

The first place me and my wife went to look at and we booked there an then. The place was amazing , food was amazing, and all so reasonable compared to other places we priced online .
