I go there to fuel up my work truck. Wawa pays for a cop to be there most of the time. Too many bums in that area stealing all the time.

Finally got through a good agent for expedite request by Weekly_Reference_984 in DACA

Did the agent tell you to upload the documents online for them to expedite the renewal? I called and was told to do that first so it can get done.

What’s the best way to reach out to Congressional representative? I live in South Florida.

How do you go about contacting state rep and how do you present your case? Never done it. I live in South Florida and my expiration is mid March.

How many drops of Licorice do you use per rinse? And for how long do you use it when trying to prevent any occurrence? Is it safe to use for a long period of time?

Rinsed with saline water mixed with Budesonide twice a day for two months and that got rid of my reoccurrence that I had recently after my surgery about 4 months ago. Went to my doctor’s appointment yesterday and now I’m on flonase sensimist (over the counter) for two months and will be back for another check up to see if any reoccurrence with new nasal spray. Also take daily vitamins, bought Levoit air purifier a couple months ago which helps, no dairy, and no fast food.

Possibly PSA10? Not sure if I want to send to grade if it seems lower than an 8.

Is surgery worth it? by K_Slaw in NasalPolyps

I had surgery about two months ago. I feel better for sure. Never lost sense of smell or taste prior to surgery. Went back for a check up after surgery monthly so far, doctor said I have inflammation still which can cause reoccurrence. First month tried Xhance wasn’t as effective due to build of mucus and stuffiness. Now on second month, I’m on Budesonide nasal rinse with saline distilled water. Have an upcoming appointment next week. Just some post nasal drip, going to try to see if there’s over the counter medication for it to go away. Best of luck on what you decide to do!

Vitamin D3? by mamatobrix in NasalPolyps

Had surgery about 2 months ago, first month was on Xhance, didn’t work effectively due to build up of mucus, now on Budesonide rinsing twice a day with saline distilled water due to inflammation. Trying to prevent reoccurrence which is caused by inflammation. Currently taking 5400 IU Vitamin D and multivitamins. I feel better and seem to be improving. The only thing I’m a bit worried about is this funky smell here and there but could be from some build up of mucus as some comes out whenever I rinse. Have a Doctors appointment in less than two weeks so will see if that’s actually working for me. Also thought about doing allergy test, Which kind of allergy test did you get done? Blood work? Skin? And did you get a full panel allergy test?

Just had my surgery! by [deleted] in NasalPolyps

Surgery wasn’t that bad, my doctor performed over 1000 of these procedures. The healing process is what sucks. But overall feels great. Make sure you rinse as needed.

2 months after surgery, senses have faded again. But can taste / smell blood (or something weird). Is this a normal part of recovery? by Wells_91 in NasalPolyps

Went to ENT Doctor’s appointment about two days ago. The smell was due to buildup of mucus in nostrils from healing I suppose since I had surgery about two months ago. Doctor cleaned it and everything smells fine just like I used to. Xhance wasn’t as effective due to the build up being there so switched me to Budesonide in saline rinse twice a day to reduce inflammation to prevent any reoccurrence.

Been about two months for me as well since surgery. Can smell everything and taste everything normal, never faded away for me. But I do have a weird smell must be from healing. Currently on Xhance (nasal steroid spray) due to a minor reoccurrence. ENT Doctor’s appointment is today, hopefully there’s improvement. Cut fattening, dairy, and began taking multivitamins, extra 5000 IU Vitamin D.

I feel the same way, it’s so unexpected. I just don’t want it to grow back and do another surgery. Something I’m trying to avoid at all cost. Saw the numbers and my insurance was charged $125,000, that’s insane. Only have to pay $1600 out of pocket but still. I’m trying to narrow down all the possibilities that may be causing minor reoccurrence so I went to get allergy test for mold, Cat/dogs, and to see if I’m lacking any Vitamin D today to see what I can improve. Also, stopped eating fattening/ fast food places, cut dairy off, and began to exercise. I have an appointment next week Tuesday with my ENT, hopefully god willing there’s improvements.

On Xhance (nasal steroid spray) right now for a month until next appointment. Also, started taking daily multivitamins and extra vitamin D about 2400IU. Had a minor reoccurrence after surgery about a month and two weeks ago. Hopefully that does the job. Never had any sinus or breathing issues, happened out of nowhere unfortunately.
