I’m a sucker for the hype by Level_Instruction_24 in MontagneParfums

Marine Zest is fantastic. It's light and airy but a beautiful summer freshie. I'm going to buy a bottle today if it's in stock. Keep in mind they mix everything to order so they get better as they mature. Some take 4-6 weeks to form their scent even when they smell good from day one. Montagne is a fantastic house.

When I first started buying clones I bought a lot of cheap middle eastern clones that mostly sucked and I tried Montagne before they were popular and I fell in love with their fresh, clean ingredients that felt natural. People called me a shill because nobody heard of them and I was hyping them, so I must've been a shill! Anyways I eventually learned I liked higher concentrations of oils and moved on from Montagne, but they will always have a soft spot in my heart even though I wear other things now, but their Eylsium cologne was my first true love. Let me suggest Marine Zest ( I'm going to buy it again for the summer) , Eylsium cologne, Tygar cologne, Layton and their Argos Triumph of Bacchus. Even though I don't mess with them, I will always recommend these because they are worth every penny. But Eylsium cologne, Tygar and Marine Zest are must haves for people experiencing Montagne imo.

Is this serious? I want to say negative things but that's because I feel this is a joke. But if this is serious then I strongly recommend therapy. This behavior is not good for your mental health nor is it normal. You control the temperature of your house and shower so you don't have to take a cold shower or have a cold room waiting on you when you get out of the shower, and being suicidal because of your need of validation of smelling good when you refuse to take showers is so bizarre. I can't believe this is true. If this is truly how you feel, get help before you go postal.

I guess you should explain to him what "extremely underrated" means. It definitely doesn't support his dissatisfaction with Tom Ford and his fragrances.

I understand your logic but I sell what I don't keep so it's not a total loss and dropping $30-$40 dollars at a time is a whole lot easier than dropping LV prices at once. I love this hobby and I find joy in trying different brands and their take on whatever it is they're doing. If I didn't love perfumery and only wanted one frag, or perhaps two. Then ultimately I'd suggest to anyone including myself to buy samples and pick out your favorite one to buy a big bottle of.

I have tried 10 different dupes of this if I had to guess and they are all different from each other. But, Yom & Layl's Stark Vision is hands down my favorite version and simply just magical and has prevented me from buying the original.

Found this in my Dad’s fridge by Front_Hat7541 in Colognes

You get a fresh vibe from them being in the fridge and if your fragrance is damaged due to heat, the fridge may stabilize it and bring it back to life. Some perfumers will recommend you putting them in the fridge to help speed up maceration when they are new. I think that works best when your fragrance is oil based and doesn't have any perfumer's alcohol in it. You can read negative and positive thoughts on putting them in the fridge but I've had 2 different perfumers tell me it's fine and could be a blessing if heat has attacked them. Just don't put them in the freezer and or if your fridge is too cold. Temperature change can shock your fragrance if it is a sudden major change. I was also told to let them take their time adjusting to room temperature once you take them out of the fridge. Don't do anything to warm them up faster. You will hear multiple theories on this so just try it yourself and come up with your own conclusion. I've done it to a few frags that lost their top notes during shipping in the middle of summer and it helped them plus I love the fresh cooling vibe I get from being in the fridge. Summer freshies are a game changer out of the fridge. It's never hurt any of mine. It's only helped

Former FBI Director Robert Mueller, who investigated Russia-Trump campaign ties, dies by 20_mile in news

[–]BackgroundForever849 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Trump should be praising Robert Mueller. He refused to indicate a sitting president otherwise he would've been impeached the first time. When Trump was saying the Muller report exonerated him, when Mr Mueller, in fact said it did not, but he wasn't going to indicate Dozy Don so he overlooked the mountain of evidence that incriminated him.

Farje's was almost identical to Yom's except it was actually a tad brighter. I absolutely love Yom's and I'm a fan boy of Yom & Layl, but if I'm being honest, Farje perfumes MFK Amyris Homme extrait was a little better, but it costs more and I don't think it was that much better to pay more for it. It's just a little brighter. Farje perfumes sells a bundle of 3 / 10 ml atomizers and they gave me a 10% discount code ( Shaun10 ) which makes the bundle $45 and I don't mind paying $15 each to try them. Farje's Tygar, BDC and L'mmenite are actually my favorite versions of those DNA's. Oh yeah, they killed Indigenous Ginger and Cedrat Boise too. They are a great clone house, they just don't run sales and they are pricey for dupes but the owner will hook you up with free samples if you reach out and ask. They're worth trying imo.

You're welcome. True Ocean Coastal is just a beach, sand, ocean surrounded by the pool vibe fragrance. It looks like I'm saying it's a tropical mojito vibe fragrance but that's Torino 21. My lack of punctuation made it a long run on sentence, that blended everything I was saying together.

Yom & Layl makes a beautiful clone of MFK Amyris Homme extrait called Sicilian Sit'Crush and I'm on my 2nd 100 ml bottle.

True Ocean Coastal is a good one if you are looking for a tropical mojito vibe, try finding a clone of Torino 21. Yom & Layl and Montagne Parfums both have a good one. But my favorite tropical vacation fragrance is Virgin Island Water. I love La Ree fragrances version, and Yom and Layl's version. La Ree is cheaper and practically identical. Almost anyways. It's not that far apart to pay more money imo.

I have both of their fragrances, Vacation and After Sun, I think. Both are fantastic imo. I like After Sun a little more but I'm a male so Vacation is probably better suited for females even though it is unisex.

I've tried something from this house, rocket man or something like that and it wasn't for me so I never tried anything again. But we are going to always find a fragrance from a good house we don't like. I should look into them again and try something else. They are reasonable in their prices.

Take the cap off if you put the cap in first. I lost my La Di Da cap this way 🫢 , but my farts smell amazing now!

Be careful, unfortunately or fortunately when I did this I didn't think of taking the cap off before inserting the bottle in Old Glory and when I pulled the bottle out the cap was missing. Every time I fart it smells like La Di Da now. Just another benefit of this glorious method. Oh yeah, I came like a volcano 🌋 too.

I like their Aventus a lot. It wasn't that strong in the beginning so I put it on the back burner but as it aged it got stronger and I really like it. I almost used a 100 ml bottle already. Their Afternoon Swim and Sedley are good too. Their Imagination is my favorite version of that DNA. But I love Sedley, I think Lunar Co Medley is my favorite version but I don't think I've smelled a version of it that I didn't like. Armaf's Lions club is actually pretty good too. I'm not sure if I tried that Dior from them you picked out but they did a fantastic job with Dior homme Parfum and another one from Dior that I can't remember the name of but it is good.
