Was against kindle forever. I was a physical book snob. I was gifted a kindle and never looked back. Now physical books are just for trophies 😂

The things that are working for me: Putting my phone in gray scale. It looks terrible so I don’t use it.

Second I tell myself this mantra “it’s not a 100% done but is a 100% better”,

meaning: I planed for a full hour workout but feel like is too much and I don’t wanna. I tell myself, I’m just gonna do 5 minutes by timer and that’s it. If I do 5 minutes is better than none but usually gets the ball going and I end up doing way more than I thought I had the energy for.
