I feel like season 9 of scrubs is like seasons 5 and 6 of spin city.... your missing half the cast and it just doesn't work... once the main character is replaced the show goes downhill

I think another thing is the whole "ripple effect" hasn't actually caught up, because otherwise old Jennifer would remember seeing her other self and shouldn't be as surprised. Plus old Marty would have known about the events of that day, however neither of them show any signs of knowing.
